We’re a small team with a shared passion for sports cars particularly Morgan cars, Lotus Elises and Lotus Exiges and we are a Morgan Main Dealer and Lotus Authorised Repairer. Our commitment to quality and good old-fashioned service means we are perfectly placed to look after your sports car. Through sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm, we aim to ensure our customers obtain maximum enjoyment and excitement from their motoring.
The Team
Phil Benfield is our Sales Manager and has a wealth of experience and knowledge, including several years at the ‘sharp end’ working as a mechanic.
In the workshop our two highly experienced technicians are Rob Batt and Paul Ashby, both of whom have many years experience with Allon White Sports Cars.
Then in the Car Trimming workshop, our senior coach trimmer is Shaun McGuire, and working alongside him are Rocco Garafalo and our apprentice coach trimmer, Adam Chappell.
Supporting everyone is Julie Wallinger who helps with sales and looks after general admin, Roger Gedny who looks after accounts and John Bellenger the owner of the company.

History
Allon White is a long established, family-type business. It was set up in 1918 as motor engineers, and as cars evolved, so did Allon White. Work handled along the way included having a major fleet of recovery vehicles looking after the newly opened M1 and running a British Leyland franchise.
The association with Morgan cars began around 1950, when the owner of the business at that time, Eric White, had a friend turn up to visit him in a 4/4 series 1. It was love at first sight and he knew he had to have one!
Like any good relationship there were challenges along the way, such as how Eric, a father of 3, could use a Morgan 2 seater as the main family car. However, such minor challenges were easily overcome and the relationship with Morgan cars blossomed, leading onto the major event of 1966 (and it was nothing to do with football!) when Allon White was appointed as Morgan agents for the East Anglia region.
Since 1966 Allon White has built up an enviable reputation for its quality of service and expertise in everything associated with Morgan cars. As a result, we are proud to have customers from all over the UK and Europe, and even further afield, lots of whom have been bringing their cars to us for many years.
As part of its continuing evolution, Allon White Sports Cars has built upon its experience with Morgan cars to offer the sale and servicing of another famous British sports car marque, namely Lotus. The Lotus side of the business goes from strength to strength and we were appointed as 'Authorised Repairers' by Lotus in April 2009.
