Breakfast Club
Held on the first Saturday of every month, our Breakfast Clubs are a popular place to catch up on all things motoring. Visitors share a sports car passion and come to chat with like-minded folk who speak car.
Each month we have a different speaker or workshop to boost your knowledge, entertain you or just provide an excuse to take your car out for a drive. Past topics have included tips for buying or selling cars, valeting masterclasses, test drive days and talks on motor racing.
Bacon rolls, tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits are served from 9:30, though as it's a breakfast not a brunch club, arrive too late and the food will be finished! There's no need to book, just turn up and bring anyone who prefers to spend Saturday mornings in a garage than a garden centre.
The themes for our next meetings are:
Saturday 4th April - Social and on site Easter Egg Hunt
No themed talk this month just a meet up and chat, can you find the hidden Easter Eggs?
Saturday 4th May - Car design: Pens, paper, clay and a lot of arguements....
Martin Peach has kindly ageed to be this months speaker. Martin has been involved in automotive design throughout his career and maintains a passion for just about any moving transport device. We can't wait to hear some of his stories. Why not look at Martin's artwork at his website https://www.mjpeachpatch.co.uk/index.html
Saturday 6th June - TBC - Red Arrows
For this Breakfast Club, we're delighted to welcome along as our guest speaker, John Green, who was a pilot with the Red Arrows. He'll be talking about the Red Arrows team, the flying techniques and the Hawk aircraft. This promises to be an excellent event and a fascinating talk!
