Launched to replace the legendary Plus 8 in 2004, The Roadster has established itself as a firm favourite of the range. Originally a 3.0 Ford V6 the 3.7 Mustang engine producing 280bhp was introduced in 2012. It reaches 0–62 mph in 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 140 mph and was the most powerful version of the traditional chassis cars.
It also gained a 6 speed gearbox at the same time as the 3.7. Being a later car it has the wider foot wells for increased legroom and has power steering fitted as standard.
