The original Morgan Plus 4 was launched in 1950. There was a gap from 1969 to 1984 since then it has been a firm favourite of the range. This Ford Duratec Plus 4 was launched in 2005 and combines good performance and fuel economy. Powered by the chain driven 2.0 Ford engine, this later GDI version produces a healthy 154 BHP and is coupled to the legendary Mazda 5 speed gearbox.The 110 edition Plus 4 made way for the new generation CX Plus Four in 2020.
The Plus 4 runs with slightly wider wings and tyres to improve road holding and are a joy to drive either on local country roads or long distance touring holidays.
