Over the years, the Plus 4 has undergone several updates and redesigns, but it has always maintained its classic, retro look. The most recent iteration, as presented here, the Plus Four was introduced in 2020 and features a sleek, aerodynamic design with modern features such as LED headlights, ABS and the option of an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

The Plus Four is the second model, after the Plus Six, to be developed on the new bonded aluminium platform associated with a wooden frame named "CX-Generation.” It is powered by a 1,998 cc BMW TwinPower petrol engine producing 255 bhp and 258 lb ft of torque when combined with the 6-speed manual transmission and 295 lb ft of torque with the 8-speed automatic transmission.

The CX Generation cars also feature a sophisticated suspension set up with MacPherson struts at the front together with an anti-roll bar, and a sophisticated multi-link arrangement at the back.

The Morgan Plus Four is known for its exceptional performance, thanks to its lightweight design and powerful engine. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 4.8 seconds and has a top speed of 149 miles per hour.
