This early Series 1 Elise, which has only had 2 owners, comes with it's original Hard Top and a desirable registration number, R111 LTS. Being an early car it has MMC brake discs and the canvas luggage compartment bag.
The last owner acquired the car in 2001 and enjoyed it for a few years before taking it off the road and putting it into storage until 2022. The car was then recomissioned and put back on the road. Works at that point included a full service, new tyres, battery, brake master cylinder, braided brake hoses, water pump, upgraded headlights and a reconditioned alternator.
The car also benefits from the Eliseparts upgraded gear-linkage bushes, uprated front anti-roll bar & bushes and AVO adjustable shock dampers and springs (spring heights are adjustable as well as damping characteristics). It also has some engine upgrades including fast road cams, 52mm throttle body, induction kit.
All our cars are fully checked over in our workshops and serviced prior to sale as per the manufacturer's recommendations.
We also carry out an HPI check to provide you with further peace of mind. If a car is sold for use within the UK, then it will be supplied with a warranty and a new MOT (if applicable).

It was rightly described as the world's most advanced sports car when it made its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 1995. Famously named after a grand-daughter of Romano Artioli, the then chairman of Lotus, it was built on a futuristic epoxy-bonded extruded aluminium chassis.
Designed and developed in-house at Lotus, it was a genuine innovation that rewrote the rule book on lightweight automotive engineering.
Power for the Elise came from Rover’s 1.8-litre 118bhp K-Series engine, transversely mounted behind the two seats. Given the car’s exceptionally light weight, it meant a swift 0-60mph time of 5.5 seconds.
The reviews were stellar; this was a new generation of light, agile and pure performance car that thrilled the enthusiastic driver. It racked up numerous trophies, including several ‘Car of the Year’ honours, and was even shortlisted for the Prince of Wales Award for Innovation.
